The Free Land of Bearzarro World is a massive, cultured nation, ruled by Bearzarro number 0 with an even hand, and notable for its deadly medical pandemics, free-roaming dinosaurs, and complete lack of public education. The hard-nosed, hard-working, devout population of 2.599 billion Bearzarroes have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

The tiny, corrupt government is dominated by the Department of Defense, although Administration and Industry are also considered important, while Law & Order and Welfare are ignored. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Mr Sorry's Notfun-Park. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 15.5%.

The thriving Bearzarro economy, worth 160 trillion empty jars a year, is highly specialized and mostly made up of the Arms Manufacturing industry, with significant contributions from Soda Sales, Retail, and Pizza Delivery. Black market activity is rampant. Average income is 61,797 empty jars, with the richest citizens earning 5.6 times as much as the poorest.

Military recruitment numbers are down as citizens object on 'moral grounds', every day at 4am Bearzarroes wake to pray for the sun to rise, Ollie the Oiled Seal welcomes throngs of tourists to the newly opened Oil Oasis Water Park, and the government response to disaster victims starving for bread is "let them eat stale cake". Crime, especially youth-related, is all-pervasive, perhaps because of the country's complete lack of prisons. Bearzarro World's national animal is the silverlocks, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its national religion is undecided.

Bearzarro World is ranked 45,690th in the world and 2nd in Outre Space for Most Extensive Civil Rights, with 69.59 Martin Luther King, Jr. Units.
