The United Provinces of Central American Federation is a massive, efficient nation, ruled by President Anastasia Prieto with an iron fist, and notable for its state-planned economy, keen interest in outer space, and zero percent divorce rate. The cynical, devout population of 4.225 billion Central Americans are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."

The large, corrupt government juggles the competing demands of Education, Welfare, and Administration. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Ciudad del Acuerdo. The average income tax rate is 72.6%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The very strong Central American economy, worth 357 trillion Libres a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. The industrial sector is led by the Trout Farming industry, with significant contributions from Arms Manufacturing, Information Technology, and Tourism. Average income is 84,622 Libres, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 2.1 times as much as the poorest.

Dangerous criminals are often 'accidentally' sent on one-way trips to Maxtopia, politicians frequently make unusual poses during speeches in hopes of inspiring the next internet fad, the government builds houses for foreign newcomers, and the Father of the House has been in office just shy of a fortnight. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Central American Federation's national animal is the Eagle, which soars majestically through the nation's famously clear skies, and its national religion is Catholicism.

Central American Federation is ranked 142,464th in the world and 77th in Geopolity for Most Influential, scoring 45 on the Soft Power Disbursement Rating.
