The Constitutional Monarchy of Csibe is a massive, safe nation, remarkable for its pith helmet sales, keen interest in outer space, and smutty television. The hard-nosed, cynical population of 3.207 billion Csibeans are ruled with an iron fist by the dictatorship government, which ensures that no-one outside the party gets too rich. In their personal lives, however, citizens are relatively unoppressed; it remains to be seen whether this is because the government genuinely cares about its people, or if it hasn't gotten around to stamping out civil rights yet.

The large, corrupt, socially-minded, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Education, Defense, and Administration. The average income tax rate is 66.4%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The large but underdeveloped Csibean economy, worth 127 trillion francs a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. The industrial sector, which is quite specialized, is led by the Trout Farming industry, with significant contributions from Information Technology, Tourism, and Arms Manufacturing. Average income is 39,617 francs, and distributed extremely evenly, with practically no difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Csibe has been recently classified as an international menace after 'liberating' several nearby territories, a common response to government PSAs is "well, DUH, obviously", former stunt pilots are unable to pass the licence test to fly a drone, and the words 'private' and 'enterprise' must never appear in the same sentence. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Csibe's national animal is the tiger, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests.

Csibe is ranked 156,232nd in the world and 5,941st in Balder for Highest Average Incomes, with 39,617.19 Standard Monetary Units.
