The Community of Free Tibetans is a gargantuan, environmentally stunning nation, ruled by Dalai Lama with a fair hand, and remarkable for its state-planned economy, punitive income tax rates, and devotion to social welfare. The democratic population of 21.599 billion Tibetans love a good election, and the government gives them plenty of them. Universities tend to be full of students debating the merits of various civil and political rights, while businesses are tightly regulated and the wealthy viewed with suspicion.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, socially-minded government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Welfare, Healthcare, and Spirituality. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Lhasa. The average income tax rate is 77.5%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The large but stagnant Tibetan economy, worth 342 trillion Renminbis a year, is driven almost entirely by government activity, with private enterprise illegal. The industrial sector, which is highly specialized, is mostly made up of the Book Publishing industry, with significant contributions from Door-to-door Insurance Sales and Uranium Mining. State-owned companies are the norm. Average income is 15,855 Renminbis, and distributed extremely evenly, with practically no difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Free Tibetans has designated Lhasa as its capital city and Dalai Lama has just been declared ruler of Free Tibetans in an international press conference. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Free Tibetans's national animal is the all of them, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests.

Free Tibetans is ranked 3,657th in the world and 1st in Tibet Autonomous Region for Most Stationary, with 3,616.70601864 days.
