The History of Hutanjia

500 BC to 1600's - Wishtonian/Hutanjian islands are a flourishing Polynesian civilization with ancient kings and some tribal warfare between the islands. Three main tribes rule the island chain: The Hujana, the Cadugu and the Fujana. The Hujana reside and dominate Nevorn, while the Cadugu dominate what is the modern day Cardwiths chain. The Fujana hold a majority on Nesselberg and Kenega is largely unsettled, but for a few Hujana refugees fleeing a harsh king.

1634 - An expedition from Terre des Gaules lands on the northern Nevorn coast and plants the 'Fleurs-de-lis' 80 km NW of Chastille, on Mt. Jardin. The Gauls explore the islands and eventually, with the arrival of colonists and merchants, establish port settlements at Vesselle on Nesselberg, and Chastille on Nevorn, but leave the rest of the island chain virtually untouched for a few years.

1672 - The official Gaulic colony - Le Gauloise Territoire de Grand Hutanjie is established by decree of Louis XIV. The Grand Gaulic Territory includes Kenega, the Cardwiths chain, Nevorn and Nesselberg, plus some scattered remote islands in the Wishton Sea. Ships from several regions, notably Teremara, frequent the trading ports of Hutanjia, which have been built up and expanded from the original two of Vesselle and Chastille.

Early 1700's - The ports and settlements are expanded by Terre des Gaules. Some bloody uprisings are put down by Gaulic colonial troops and armed settlers as they push in to the interior of the islands into tribal territory.

1741-1746 - The Hujana War is fought between the Gauls and a coalition of native tribes. The Hujana are led by their most famous King, Yotuvka. The Hujana ally with the Cadugu, their traditional enemy, against the white devils, as well as most of the smaller tribes of the archipelago. This is a significant event as the two tribes, Cadugu and Hujana, have never been in solidarity for centuries. Several Gaul garrisons are overwhelmed and Gaulic supply trains are wiped out. Vesselle is besieged by native warriors for months. The Gauls are eventually able to pour in reinforcements and their firepower is too much for the native tribal warriors. They finally trap and overpower Yotuvka's main army in southern Nevorn at the Battle of Sogapu. Meanwhile, several battles with the Cadugu on West Cardwith near modern day Thomastowne and Palegata result in mass casualties on both sides. The Hujana and Cadugu finally acquiesce to full subjugation under the Gaul colonizers. King Yotuvka dies in prison and the Hujana monarchy is finally dissolved.

Mid 1700's to early 1800's - The colonies that make up the Gaulic Grand Hutanjian Territory remain relatively peaceful with just a few minor native and slave revolts. Trade flourishes again in the Wishton Sea. To the northwest, the Le Gauloise Territoire de Dachine is founded, forming another link in the Merchant Route that supplies Gaul.

Early 1800's - The Anglos and allies begin to raid Hutanjian ports and bombard Gaulic forts, like Fort Maison during the early 19th century. Their goal is to disrupt the vital resources and trade that Gaul benefits from and cripple their war effort. Hutanjian Regiments are raised from native troops in order to fight in Teremara under Emperor Ney's regime. The 10th Corps of the 6th Army is formed from all Hutanjian native light infantry and support troops, plus Gaulic colonial cavalry and artillery. They serve with distinction during Ney's attempts to expand the Gaulic Empire.

1814 - After a series of defeats for the Gauls, the Hutanjians help to defend Terre des Gaules as the vengeful allies invade the motherland and pursue Emperor Ney. Meanwhile, a Gaulic fleet is defeated by an Anglo fleet off Northeastern Nevorn, Hutanjia. All Gaulic garrisons are surrendered by the Gaulic Viceroy to the Anglo expeditionary force.

1815 - After the fall of Ney, Hutanjia transfers to control of The Anglo Union by forced treaty. Gaul colonials are kicked out, but for a few key merchant personnel and the few who swear allegiance to the Anglo King. The Gaulic mark is left on the islands by the architecture left behind, some colonial infrastructure, and a sprinkling of Gaulic French to be found embedded in the common patois of the islanders.

Late 1800s to Early 20th Century Trade flourishes both with the Anglo union and the rest of Wishtonia and Teremara. Hutanjians and Kenegans serve with distinction in the Anglo armed forces in several conflicts. The Hutanjian colonies prosper, but plantation and mine conditions are horrid.

1938-1945 - Asian Imperial invasion of Hutanjia during the Great Teremaran War. All the Kenegan, Cardwithian and Hutanjian Islands are occupied, as well as nearby Dachine and Jaragupta. Several fierce battles are waged across Wishtonia. Hutanjian partisans, led by Anglo agents, keep up the fight and are supplied regularly. The Asians are ejected by Anglo and Hutanjian troops in the early months of 1945. Kenega is the last territory in the Wishton Sea to be liberated from the Asian Imperial invaders. Native and colonial collaborators that aided the Asian occupational regime are put on trial and most are executed for war crimes.

1945-1946 - A post-war insurrection starts against Anglo colonial authorities. Troops are sent to help quell the riots and rebels. The Anglos decide quickly that they're not interested in a protracted struggle while they simultaneously try to rebuild their post war economy. The focus for them is also closer to home, rebuilding in Astyria. While aware of the still vast untapped mineral resources in Hutanjia, it is not deemed worth the political cost. The Anglo Union cuts loose the colony the following year after a very short Independence War.

1946 - Hutanjia officially declares independence as the last Anglo troops pull out. Kenega, to the north, does not wish to join the rest of the Wishtonians in Independence and remains an Anglo Commonwealth. A major AUF (Anglo United Forces) base established at Faronham on the Western coast is still maintained and staffed up to current day.

The old (Hujana) Hutanjian monarchy is resurrected after two centuries. King Otumlo I takes the throne. The Otumlo House, a Nevornian dynasty, will rule for 60+ years.

1949 - KHS (Kingdom of Hutanjia Security) is founded in order to protect the King, root out corruption, and crush dissent to the monarchy. They do best at the latter.

1960's - Riots and rebel uprisings against the monarchy begin. Fort Mason, formerly Fort Maison, on West Cardwith near Hesttens, is updated and re-fortified by the Royal Hutanjian Army. A coalition of anti-monarchists, nationalists, socialists and communists forms the United Freedom Front of Hutanjia.

The UFF are opposed to the crown rule from Nevorn. Dr. Charles Nellis becomes one of the key leaders of the rebellion. A young Kenegan immigrant and academic, he speaks out against the Monarchy, traveling abroad to garner support for the UFF and turn sentiment against the Hutanjian monarchy.

1964 - The first major attempt at rebellion against Hutanjian central rule is put down quickly, with considerable loss of life to the resistance. The UFF is in disarray and will not be able to offer significant resistance to the monarchy in Chastille for the next two decades.

1988 - King Otumlo II takes the throne. The fourth KHS Chief dies mysteriously and Milton Atave becomes next (and last) KHS Chief or Director.

Late 1980s to Early 1990s - Foreign agents, mostly from Marxist regimes, are sent to aid the UFF in the Cardwiths and Hutanjia. They are betrayed by KHS moles. They are presumed caught, tortured and killed by the KHS. The KHS continue to go on a communist hunting spree, as well as continuing to squash the UFF.

1994 - 1996 - A second major rebellion flares up, based in West Cardwith. Monte Tonganu, becomes a hero in the suppression of the UFF rebels. Secret government backed death squads hunt down suspected UFF sympathizers. Reprisals against pro-Monarchists by UFF hit squads are also extremely ruthless. The Hesttens Accords are signed in 1996, granting more autonomy to the Cardwithians. The guerrilla war subsides, but will continue to simmer for years while the UFF builds up strength after being decimated.

2003-2010 - King Popilu I takes the throne after the death of his father. Questionable policies are decreed from the Palace that strip more rights from the people of the Kingdom. While the Cardwithians are most effected, even Nevornians chafe at the new decrees.
Parliament and PM try to overturn many of the most reactionary policies.

2010 - King Popilu dissolves Parliament. The Prime Minister is dismissed. The King doesn't let the Parliament reconvene. Regency Minister, Horatio Vobatu, assumes many of the duties of the Prime Minister's office.

2011 - The ranks of the UFF grow with disillusioned, oppressed Hutanjians. A third open rebellion starts.
Small sabotage and ambushes of Army patrols continue unabated. Nellis and other UFF leaders are captured and several of the ring leaders are killed by the KHS. Under International protest, Nellis and Sherwood Modagko, the surviving UFF leaders are released from prison.

The first Falkasian advisers arrive to train and advise the UFF rebels. Falkasian arms start to flow in to the Cardwith islands via fishing trawlers, merchant ships and covert submarines.
Sherwood Modagko dies under mysterious circumstances. Charles Nellis is the only high ranking UFF leader left and takes the full helm of the rebel organization.

Early 2012 - Hutanjia is caught off guard by a new UFF rebel campaign. The Cardwiths quickly fall in a concerted attack on all Royal garrisons simultaneously. Some disillusioned Hutanjian military units defect to the rebels. Royal Hutanjian Armories are overtaken, bolstering the UFF rebels. Much of Nesselberg is overtaken following some brief bloody battles. Only the major city of Vesselle and its environs remains in Royal hands on Nesselberg. The main home island of Nevorn remains largely loyal to the Crown, as the conflict becomes more of an ethnic than political struggle. The whole planned sudden UFF attack lasts just 10 weeks but strips Hutanjia of more than half its territory.

New Edom, among other world powers, pledges support for the besieged monarchy, although they are the only one to commit actual military forces. With an infusion of foreign funds, the Monarchist government re-arms, modernizes its military and hires the Uli-Schwyz Security Regiments/Corporation PMC.

Mid 2012

Several Royal Hutanjian Ranger and Marine recon teams are inserted along Eastern and Southern Nesselberg to probe for possible beach head sites. Most of the teams are driven off or are wiped out by alerted rebel defenders.

Falkasian troops land at East Cardwith and fortify the island, Noritts Air Base becomes the main headquarters of the Falkasian/rebel joint command and is expanded. FSIS agents and operators remain active throughout the islands. Dr. Nellis retains and operates his HQ out of central West Cardwith, while traveling to Noritts frequently.

Uli-Schwyz PMC troops begin to arrive on Nevorn and Nesselberg. The first contingents of Edomite troops soon follow. NEMACH - New Edomite Military Assistance Command Hutanjia is established, with its HQ just east of Chastille.

The emboldened Hutanjian military counterattacks. Operation Voodoo commences - UFF rebel positions are heavily bombed south of Vesselle. Hundreds of rebel troops are killed. Follow up attacks by waves of Royal and allied forces start to break the UFF lines.

General Tonganu, Commander of Hutanjian Military forces, 'commits suicide' after his command is subordinated to NEMACH, the Edomite expeditionary force, by the King. It is suspected and rumored by some that he was executed by Milton Atave. General Unwerth of New Edom becomes head of Royal Allied Command, which encompasses NEMACH, HUTCENTCOM and the contracted Uli Schwyz auxiliary forces.

General Roderique Hespatu takes over Tonganu's position as head of the Royal Hutanjian military command, HUTCENTCOM.

Bradley Nellis, the nephew of UFF leader Charles Nellis, is kidnapped from Hesttens, West Cardwith. The fictional OFC (Organization to Free the Cardwiths) claims responsibility. The KHS are secretly responsible for his capture. They eventually kill Bradley Nellis after several sessions of torture. Propaganda photos are taken and submitted, again in the name of the OFC and also in a clumsy attempt to frame the UFF.

The Parliament Building in Chastille is bombed. The Parliament Building, having been vacant for two years, was established as a joint barracks for allied troops. Several allied troops are killed or wounded in the bombing. FSIS agent perpetrators are aided by PAST (People's Action Strike Teams - The elite covert operatives of the People's Action Strike Directorate of the UFF.) cells to escape Nevorn and pursuing KHS forces.

Northern Nesselberg is quickly reclaimed by the Government. The rest of Nesselberg starts to fall to Royalist forces. The villages of Qomplek and Tuptak, key UFF positions, are overrun by the Royalist forces.
The 7th UFF Regiment is completely wiped out at the Battle of Qomplek, also know as the Battle For the Pocket. The 1st, 4th and 5th UFF Regiments are decimated and broken. The remnants of the UFF flee south on Nesselberg.

FNS Schechtmann, a Falkasian Carrier off the Cardwiths, is bombed and partially sunk by RHAF aircraft and anti-ship missiles and KHS mini subs. The FNS Bartlett, a Falkasian submarine, is destroyed in a similar attack by KHS controlled mini-subs and RHAF planes.

Falkasia commits large amount of forces to fight the Royal allied forces in response to the Schechtmann carrier sinking. First Falkasian Marine raiders land on Nesselberg to reinforce UFF Regiments that are retreating. A major battle occurs in Central Western Nesselberg between the UFF/Falkasian Marine Raiders and Royal Hutanjian Army, supported by Royal Allied air matching Falkasian air units. Eventually the Falkasians retreat to East Cardwith with some of their UFF allies, while other rebels melt further south into the Nesselbergian interior.

The rebels go on a new guerrilla campaign. Forward Operating Bases of the Hutanjian allies are attacked by large UFF forces. A New Edomite, Hutanjian Marine and Uli contractor base are hit, in order to encourage the withdrawal of the allies from Hutanjia and discourage home support in their respective countries. The assault on the Uli-Schwyz mercenary base and the New Edomite FOB breach the perimeters and some casualties are incurred in bloody combat, before the UFF rebels are driven out with heavy losses by counterattacks by the defenders and air support.

Other socialist nations commit to the rebel UFF cause and send agents and advisors, making West Cardwith their home base. Foreign Marxist covert operators are also sent to aid UFF and Falkasian guerrilla operators on Nesselberg. Nellis officially forms them under the International Socialist Volunteer Corps.

The Democratic Socialist Republic of the Cardwith Islands is proclaimed. The Cardwiths seek international recognition in their succession. Nellis declares himself President, pending promised elections.
The UFF is declared the main, and then only, political party of the Cardwith Islands. They vow to continue to struggle to liberate Nesselberg and Nevorn from totalitarianism.

Operation Cardinal Hunt - The Royalist effort to retake the Cardwiths begins. Massive loss of life occurs on both sides. The invasion begins with special forces landings in the south of West Cardwith and the NW horn of East Cardwith, as a diversionary tactic. Some rebel forces take the bait. The main landings strike on northern West Cardwith and western North Cardwith. West Cardwith is defended by foreign socialist volunteer forces and troops of the new DSR Cardwithian government.
Hesttens, the capital of the Cardwiths, and Anjoux are bombed by Tupolev bombers of the RHAF. Mass civilian casualties are incurred.

Falkasian forces from East Cardwith rush to reinforce their allies.

A large air battle ebbs and flows over the Cardwiths, while the rebel side takes retaliation on Royalist naval ships with anti-ship missiles launched both from West and East Cardwith by Socialist volunteer and Falkasian sites.
The largest RHN flagship and cruiser 'Otumlo', is destroyed by a Cardwithian anti-ship missile at this time and two-thirds of its crew go down with the ship or are lost to a shark frenzy in the aftermath. Several fast attack craft are also lost with varying amounts of damage to larger capital ships of the Hutanjian fleet.
New Edom loses a major frigate and several other Edomite ships are also lost during the naval battle. The naval losses to the Royalist side are catastrophic, but the rebel side does not fare much better. The small fledgling navy of the Cardwiths, mostly consisting of small attack and missile boats is completely annihilated, with significant loss to the supporting Falkasian support ships.

The spec ops diversionary invasions in the south fail, except around Nourselle and Montvieux, which continue to fight on and hold ground in spite of overwhelming defense forces.
The Cardwithian cities of Anjoux, Palegata and Torusogu fall to Royalist forces.
The siege of Hesttens and Fort Mason intensifies. Royalist forces start to enter the outskirts and suburbs of the traditional capital.

The Hutanjian forces and their Uli mercenary auxiliaries push inland from Blue and Green beaches, swinging East towards the Orange Beach zone to aid the heavy pressed New Edomites in their drive into the capital. The line is wavy but stretches from south of Palegata to Jalakra to Hesttens. Fort Mason is surrounded, but still fights on, its defenders firing rail guns and rockets from the fort at the invaders. The defenders are starving, suffering mass casualties and sure to run out of water soon. Fort Mason is pounded to rubble by the Royalist allies, yet the scant remaining defenders still do not surrender, burrowing into below ground levels of the fort and the ruins.

Socialist volunteer troops pull out of North Cardwith island, leaving it grossly under defended. The Allied forces roll over the Cardwithians and soon take all of North Cardwith island. The garrison in the most major city of Marksville is the last to surrender to Royalist allied forces.

Fort Mason surrenders to the Royalists. The fighting in downtown Hesttens is fierce, but involves few actual Cardwithian regular Army defenders as they are setting up perimeters further south of the capital. Home guard and civilian militia fight a rear guard against the invaders, assisted by UFF saboteurs and cadre.

The Uli commandos in Montvieux and the New Edomite Light Troops in Nourselle continue to fight on, cut off from the rest of the Royalist allied troops.

A cease fire is soon called for by both sides as further bloodshed will obviously aid neither side to continue their gains. The line stabilizes in northern West Cardwith at Jalakra and Hesttens. The last two battles occur in Montvieux and Nourselle as the Uli commandos fight on against overwhelming Falkasian numbers and the New Edomite Lancers battle wave counterattacks of Cardwithian defenders. The New Edomites have air cover and naval support, while the rebel troops are lacking adequate air support, but have the edge in artillery support. With mounds of casualties, the Cardwithians only give up when the New Edomite defenders torch the outer edges of the town, rendering any advance impossible. A good section of Nourselle burns to the ground. The small group of Uli commandos are able to hold out at Montvieux until the cease fire goes into effect. A prisoner exchange with the Falkasians again occurs, while the Uli Commandos and their wounded, plus released Uli prisoners are allowed to evacuate by air under terms of the cease fire.

Meanwhile, during the final stages before the cease fire, Milton 'The Mongoose' Atave launches a coup against King Popilu and the established Hutanjian government. After severe fighting in the Palace and across the capital, the KHS is vanquished and destroyed by the Royal Army Rangers and the Royalist allies, notably the Council Police, the security agency of New Edom. The King and Queen, as well as Vobatu, the Regency Minister, are killed in the attempt, but the royal children are spirited out. General Hespatu leads the loyal forces and is responsible for killing Atave's deputy, the Tiger, who turned out to be Major Yopete, a trusted aid of Hespatu. The Mongoose flees and Hespatu takes charge of the government. Any surviving KHS members are dealt with harshly.

2013

General Hespatu takes temporary control of the government and Colonel Fotona is promoted to take his place in command of the armed forces. After a few months, an election is held confirming Roderique Hespatu as the President of the new Republic. The monarchy is officially put to rest and the surviving royal children, including the heir, Alistair Popilu II, are sent off into protected exile in Neu Engollon.
Elections for parliament are scheduled for the near future.

Falkasia threatens a re-invasion of the Royalist held Cardwithian lands during the cease fire.

The last holdout of traitorous KHS troops are discovered in a garrison in southern Nesselberg, guarding a secret mining camp operation using forced labor. They are under the command of Colonel Rewegku, one of the diehard officers of the KHS Shock Troop Inner Circle. An assault on the camp by combined forces of the New Edom 21st Lancers and the 2nd Hut. Army Rangers turns bloody with stiff resistance in underground bunkers by the KHS troops. Aerial strikes and gunship attacks help to turn the tide for the Allied forces and they almost vanquish the KHS forces when a large group of UFF guerrillas attack both the KHS that are fleeing and their pursuers, the Lancers and Rangers. A three way war develops between the KHS, Lancers/Rangers and the UFF with FSIS advisers. More casualties are taken on all sides. Reinforcements in the form of more New Edomite troops, Hutanjian Marines and CAS turn the tide once again. The UFF retreat and are pursued through the jungle. The last little pockets of KHS troopers are captured or wiped out.
Rewegku turns out to not be so die hard and is captured by the New Edomite CP and brought to the NENS Sterry for interrogation.

Another UFF campaign is launched to shake the resolve of the Royalist allies.
Unescorted HRAF transport helicopters dropping off Marines and bringing back wounded Rangers are downed near Vesselle by MANPADs with massive loss of life.

Riots happen in Torusogu, North Cardwith, the administrative capital for the Allied occupation of the island. The riots, along with provocateurs shooting at them, push the Royalist troops to break the rioters. Some blood is shed and it is caught on camera by PAST operatives and turned into propaganda on Falkasian and Cardwithian TV.

Governor Saputna, the Hutanjian Governor of North Cardwith is ambushed while traveling in convoy across the island. His ranger escort is annihilated and the Governor is executed by decapitation. This act is taped for later general broadcast.

UFF ambushes also occur in Abamete, North Cardwith against an allied patrol and in Nourselle, West Cardwith against New Edomite Light troops.

All actions are claimed in the name of the CRA (Cardwithian Resistance Army), in order for the Cardwithian and UFF to deny involvement on the eve of the Armistice Conference.

With North Cardwith and a third of West Cardwith in Hutanjian hands, and Nesselberg still heavily in dispute, the two sides meet in nearby neutral Kenega to sign The Kenega Accords and agree to demarcation lines. Hutanjia retains North Cardwith and the northern third of West Cardwith while it nominally recognizes the Democratic Socialist Republic of The Cardwiths sovereignty over southern West Cardwith and East Cardwith Islands.

2014

Both sides rebuild in contravention to the Accords. The cease fire is broken first by a massive multi thrust offensive of the Cardwithians and Falkasians to recapture all of West Cardwith.

Also, a joint commando Cardwithian PASG/Falkasian Raider/FSIS raid captures Panto Leto, the home island of the USG Security Corporation in the Madurin Sea in Teremara, in the hopes of taking the USG out of the war and forcing a pull out of the mercenary troops in Hutanjia. A small Falkasian fleet aids in the islands capture. No Teremaran powers come to the military rescue of the USG, but Gaulic and Roman vessels conduct search and rescue for downed USG and Falkasian pilots and fleeing USG boats. Without consulting their Falkasian allies, the PASG commandos hold the high command and families of the USG hostage to ransom an end to the USG contract to Hutanjia. The RCC Baron command center plane of General Nelson Tell, the CO of the USG, crashes in the Mederano and he is presumed lost at sea. Later, he turns up in the custody of Falkasian naval forces, who help him relieve the hostage crisis.

A raid on the infamous Mossview Park Detention Facility by UFF and FSIS commandos is conducted to free the prisoners and capture incriminating documents and war criminals.

PAST/UFF agents conduct terrorist attacks on civilian and police targets in Chastille and Molnitha on Nevorn. Massive civilian casualties are incurred during the Chastille Market attack and attacks on factories in Molnitha.

Simultaneously, a commando raid is launched on Vesselle involving major air support by Falkasian and Card squadrons. Their attempts to shut down the major Hutanjian base fail with massive loss of life. Air support is yanked and the Card commandos fight to the death as Hutanjian and Edomite forces counterattack.

North Cardwith is not prepared as UFF cells all over the island rise up against the occupation authority targeting garrisons, police stations and major infrastructure. Ports that might be used to take in evacuating troops from West Cardwith are under siege.

The main campaign, the retaking of West Cardwith, makes major ground as Hutanjian front line units collapse under the onslaught of concentrated artillery, air power, armor and behind the lines guerrilla and commando attacks. Jalakra burns, but the Cardwithian/Falkasian forces are unable to take advantage of the breach in the front as the fires are so cataclysmic and rumors of a major outbreak of the HXIB virus in the area force them to suit up in NBC gear, making any breakthrough slow going.

Palegata sees fierce urban fighting between Hutanjian and Cardwithian forces, while on the Eastern part of the island, the Edomites try to hold off foreign units of the ISVC (International Socialist Volunteer Corps) near Hesttens.
The pitched armor battle on the central plains starts to go to the Falkasians, aided by relentless Cardwithian partisan attacks.
The Hutanjians and USG troops fall back and are evacuated from Anjoux while the Edomites and other allied troops are evacuated from Hesttens. West Cardwith falls to the Socialists. Skirmishing on North Cardwith and Nesselberg continue.

A truce is called by President Hespatu and accepted by Nellis. In the ensuing armistice, North Cardwith is signed over to the DSRC, even though the Cards never had a clear victory there. Hutanjia retains control over Nesselberg and Nevorn and reaffirms recognition of the DSRC.

2015 - Current In contravention to the armistice, the DSRC and UFF continue to operate guerrilla groups on Nesselberg for the years to come. Hutanjia invites foreign powers like Riysa in to give their own special operations forces jungle training on Nesselberg, using UFF rebel groups as live targets in the exercises. This provides Spec Ops manpower to supplement the Hutanjian Rangers and Edomite Rovers and Lancers and funding to continue the low level guerrilla war.

Hutanjia rebuilds and establishes new trade links with Wishtonia and Teremara, as well as other regions. Some trade is even officially reestablished with the Cardwiths.

Hutanjian rugby becomes a powerful force on the International stage. The Hutanjian national team, the Spiders, win the League World Cup five times, a record yet to be beaten.

Hutanjian forces contribute to fighting Marxism and extremism outside Wishtonia. In order to pay off a massive debt of gratitude, Hutanjian troops fight in two civil wars in New Edom and a regimental combat team is permanently stationed in the Allied States to help defend their borders. HSA (Hutanjian Security Agency) is active around the world in covert operations, with their main focus to thwart the CID (Cardwithian Intelligence Directorate) and PASD, as well as ISVC activities.
