There are 14 combat arms Army Regiments (approx. 3800-4200 troops each at full strength) This total also includes 3 Ranger Regiments (3200 troops ea). In addition, there are 2 armored and 2 mechanized brigades. There are a limited number of reserves, most are on rotating call of duty and all are assigned to active duty regiments. When listed with other foreign national units, Hutanjian regiments and other units may go by the nomenclature and acronym of # HRA unit. ie 17th HRA Infantry Regiment, except for the Rangers, which will always go with the acronym HAR.

The main multi-purpose/AT launcher in use by the HRA is the AVW-9 Jericho.
The Main Battle rifles used by the Hutanjian Republican Army Regiments and the Marines are the LAAR-5 and AR-45. The Rangers tend to prefer the SAR 6 UC for tight operations and urban warfare. Some special operations forces and HSA (Hutanjian Security Agency) personnel also use SAR 6 UC as well as utilizing the M500 Sniper System.
The Talon Magnum I is the preferred sidearm. It is mostly issued to HRA officers and HSA Agents. This magnificent pistol is based off a design by Nu Sparta's Coeli Concínnant (now defunct), but produced and purchased through Arcanum Arms, as are much of their assault rifles and submachine guns. The two main private arms suppliers to the Hutanjian Military are Arcanum and RDI (Riysian Defense Industries).
Many units of the HRA are outfitted with Stormcoat Body Armor for protection in firefights with the UFF or other enemies.
