The Great Eurasian War is the catalyst that formed The Commonwealth of Indo-Pacifica. During the war, SAARC and ASEAN merged into a single organization known as the Jakarta Pact. 5 years after the Great Eurasian War had ended, the Georgetown Summit was held in Georgetown, Malaysia. In that summit, the President, Finance Minister, and Foreign Minister of Indonesia, Aryo Ramachandra, along with the Prime Minister of Malaysia, Mohammed Salahuddin Hassan, and the Prime Minister of India, Aziz Husain Kalam, called for the integration of the Jakarta Pact into a single nation. Other leaders agree and as a result of the summit, the Penang Pledge was signed. The Penang Pledge started the 10-year integration progress of 18 countries of the Jakarta Pact into a single superstate we now know as The Commonwealth of Indo-Pacifica.
