2019 Changes To Democratic Structure.

The 2019 'Update Of Democratic Structure' plan involves the creation of the 'Civilian Congress', the aim of this is to give civilians a greater level of control over the actions of the Board of Civil Government, the Government Body and the Elected Party Leader.
It brings a change that allows civilians a platform to discuss issues directly with members of elected representatives and to influence the politics of their nation with greater ease.
