Arrna is something of a mysterious figure, as he is said to oversee many vassal states across the world. Domestically, however, he holds the self-assigned title of "Mostly Benevolent Dictator". The young leader is known to scorn formality in favor of comfort.

Role: Thing Representative
Col. Sanders is known for his no-nonsense attitude, as well as his loud Lycan Purple attire. A retired army officer, he was one of Arrna's first choices to represent Lycos in the newly-formed Thing of Niamark.
