The Emirate of Mimaya is a gargantuan, efficient nation, ruled by Emir Mosormsay VIII Lisol with an iron fist, and notable for its ubiquitous missile silos, avant-garde cinema, and complete absence of social welfare. The hard-nosed, cynical, humorless, devout population of 12.67 billion Mimayans are ruled by a mostly-benevolent dictator, who grants the populace the freedom to live their own lives but watches carefully for anyone to slip up.

The medium-sized, corrupt, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Education, Defense, and Industry. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Kiraturksdogeor. The average income tax rate is 21.0%, but much higher for the wealthy.

The thriving Mimayan economy, worth 698 trillion Ypoles a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. However, for those in the know, there is a large, well-organized, quite specialized black market in Arms Manufacturing, Beef-Based Agriculture, Tourism, and Trout Farming. The private sector mostly consists of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, but the government is looking at stamping this out. Average income is 55,155 Ypoles, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Half the Mimayan Army consists of Brasilistani contractors, a massive campaign is underway to ensure the race of Mimaya remains pure, warm coats are the hottest trend, and there is a law against "filthy foreign food". Crime is moderate, perhaps because of the country's complete lack of prisons. Mimaya's national animal is the guinea pig, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its national religion is Violetism.

Mimaya is ranked 118,332nd in the world and 18th in New Western Atlantic for Most Stationary, with 306.65440096328 days.
