The Free Land of Privatore is a gargantuan, cultured nation, ruled by Capitan Privatore with an even hand, and renowned for its infamous sell-swords, smutty television, and unlimited-speed roads. The hard-nosed, hard-working, humorless population of 11.51 billion Privatoreans have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

The tiny, corrupt government juggles the competing demands of Education, Administration, and Defense. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Privatore City. Income tax is unheard of.

The frighteningly efficient Privatorean economy, worth a remarkable 4,173 trillion Privs a year, is driven almost entirely by the private sector, which is broadly diversified and led by the Information Technology industry, with significant contributions from Tourism, Book Publishing, and Beef-Based Agriculture. Average income is an amazing 362,603 Privs, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 2.2 times as much as the poorest.

Citizens live in superstitious fear of the mysterious glowing clouds that float over Privatore, the government helps teach children how to kill a man from six paces, internet trolls are considered valiant supporters of the right to free speech, and the mood of raunchy movies is often ruined by the sound of babies crying. Crime is totally unknown. Privatore's national animal is the Weasel, which is also the nation's favorite main course.

Privatore is ranked 2,734th in the world and 88th in the South Pacific for Most Developed, scoring 95.54 on the Human Development Index.
