Talking Cows

Milk cows wandering the Rommandan wilderness are known to appear in odd couple to lone wanderers, at times complimenting their look or commenting on the weather with grave slow voices.

Though sometimes it is known they recite strange strings of number, give out the cooking recipe for "pig iron", chemical based explosives, hilarious misquotes from Rommandan history and fact book and prophecies of the end days.

While people who have encountered such phenomena are left visibly awestruck they have never been able to prove these encounters, the government has made little effort on denying them yet has gently recommended to disregard anything the bovines say.
