Chamber of Marows (Upper Chamber)Coat of Arms

His Almighty's government is split into three, Executive, Legislative and Juridical branches.

𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵: As the Prime minster works the day to day operations of the executive branch- (fire, hire new members of the cabinet sign bills from the Assembly etc. The monarch, at the time of this writing,King Shaliahn I retains a respectable amount of executive power and authority over the executive branch usually the king and PM try to work together but sometimes they may stall on each other in order to see who breaks first and who the public will blame for not acting on a important situation ( mostly likely the PM. gets blamed for the cause ).

𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵- The Legislative branch of Saint Asperes is composed of two chambers: the lower chamber or the house of Reno and the upper chamber the house of Mharows, the lower chamber is made up of 132 members that are chosen from there districts in there states sends 5 lower chamber members to E’l Reno, the nations capital.
The lower half, the chamber of Reno can proposal bills sending them to the upper chamber for ratification and approval, the lower chamber can override the upper-chambers approval if there’s a supermajority in the lower chamber meaning that the bill shall go forth and skip the upper chamber, going straight to the Prime ministers desk for the last
confirmation.
Members of the house of Reno are elected in there home districts to a 2-year non-consecutive term, members of this chamber can only hold this office a number of 7 times making it a grand total of 14 years if that member can win reelection 7 times weather it is apart or back to back reelections.

The upper half of the Assembly is made up of 60 senators in which each state sends two of there own to the house of Mharows, this is the place where bills get sent off to the Prime Ministers right after the voting session that the lower chamber held for that particular bill, treaty and resolution and now that bill/etc. resides in the upper chamber, the upper chamber can approve or reject bills etc. that comes from from the lower chamber that may seem unfit or violet there particular state laws or if it doesn’t agree with the people that they represents standers and morals.
Members of the house of Mharows are elected to 4-year non-consecutive term in there home state, members of this chamber can only hold this office 5-times making it a grand total of 20years if that member can win reelection 5 times weather it is apart or back to back reelections.

Both chambers can override the PM on a bill ,etc. if the 51% of the lower chamber and 55% of the upper chamber agrees.

𝗝𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵- As the legislative branch, all eight members of the supreme court are elected/chosen by the prime minister and the king ratifies that justice to the highest court in the land.
Members from the legislature can challenge the PM who will try to sit an appointee on the court. the Members are only allowed to serve on the court no longer and no later than 15 years, no justice can be over 70 when getting nominated for a seat and once that justice hits 70 he/she must be replaced.
