The Imperium of Tel Mithru is a massive, efficient nation, ruled by Savior Rex with an iron fist, and renowned for its museums and concert halls, compulsory military service, and free-roaming dinosaurs. The hard-nosed, cynical, humorless population of 3.826 billion Mithru are ruled by a mostly-benevolent dictator, who grants the populace the freedom to live their own lives but watches carefully for anyone to slip up.

The medium-sized, corrupt government is primarily concerned with Defense, although Education, Industry, and Administration are also considered important, while Spirituality and International Aid are ignored. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Tel Xin. The average income tax rate is 76.3%.

The frighteningly efficient Mithru economy, worth 898 trillion Yen a year, is broadly diversified and led by the Arms Manufacturing industry, with major contributions from Information Technology, Tourism, and Book Publishing. Black market activity is rampant. State-owned companies are reasonably common. Average income is an amazing 234,830 Yen, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 4.6 times as much as the poorest.

Cogitators and mass debaters are skiving off work to hang around the National Symposium Park, religion is strictly forbidden within school grounds, lobbyists are trying to convince government to recategorize most natural disasters as "non-critical naturogenic inconveniences", and the government now pays the "Really Awesome Super Heroes" (RASH) to catch evildoers. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown. Tel Mithru's national animal is the Tiger, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests.

Tel Mithru is ranked 32,793rd in the world and 618th in The East Pacific for Most Stationary, with 393.17074142612 Days.
