Have to smile to vote

If you want to vote then you either be a normal face for 1 vote or be happy for 2 votes. It is to promote happiness to our nation and the name already has the word happy in it so we did the law. No faking happiness because we installed camera's that record and zoom in to detect a real smile and fake one. If you are sad or mad then there are no votes for you unless something big that is a bad news happen to you that week.
