Happy Bomb (full details)

There is this Nuke called Happy Bomb. This is a different kind of nuke and it is really not a nuke. It is a chemical weapon but the chemicals is what gives the Happy Bomb its name. So just be happy :D

Technically there are two different versions of the happy bomb which are used for different purposes. The first one is the Regular Happy Bomb. This would destroy anything on impact. On impact, the tiny bombs inside the nuke would make the outer shell break into pieces to make the chemicals release. The chemicals aren't actually harmful as all they do is make you smile. The only real damage is on impact which is inevitable as that is how it's programmed.

The second version is similar to the first one except that it is rarer and used for other things. V1 of the Happy Bomb is used to make people happy. This second version is used for war. This not only makes you happy but also makes them not want to fight. This would be a problem for the other nations as their people would not fight for their leader and Testing Happy's troops can just swoop in and win the war.
