Constitution of the United States of dictators (no longer valid)

Article I. Citizenship

a) Any child born inside the United States of dictators shall be automatically granted citizenship at birth, regardless of their parent's birthplace.
b) Citizenship of a person can be revoked by the Government for the following reasons:
i) Treason against the state.
ii) Pledging allegiance to an enemy state of the United States of dictators.
iii) Committing heinous crimes against the people of the United States of dictators.

c) Any and all citizens shall be treated equal, regardless of their race, religion, gender and sexuality.

Article II. Voting Rights

a) Any and all citizens shall have the right to vote regardless of their race, religion, gender and sexuality.
b) The age for voting is 18 years old and over and shall be voluntary.

Article III. The Government and Elections

a) The Offices of President and Vice President shall be elected by Presidential and Vice Presidential elections which shall be held on the first Tuesday of May.
b) Any citizen who wishes to run for office may run regardless of their race, religion, gender and sexuality.
c) The office of the President and Vice President shall have a term limit of 10 years.
d) Presidential and Vice Presidential Elections shall be held every 5 years.
e) The House of Representative and Senate Elections shall be held every 2 years.
f) The Speaker of the House of Representatives shall be chosen by Speaker elections.
g) The Senate Majority Leader shall be chosen by two-thirds majority vote of the Senators.
h) The House and Senate elections shall be held on the second Wednesday of November.
i) The Speaker election shall be held on the first Monday of July.
j) The Senate Speaker election shall be held on the second Tuesday of August.

Article IV. People's Rights

a) The government shall guarantee the Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Press, Freedom of Religion and The Right to Private Property.
b) The government shall not interfere or amend the people's right to Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Press, Freedom of Religion and The Right to Private Property.

Article V. The Court

a) The Supreme Court shall be the highest court.
b) Associate Justices to the Supreme Court shall be appointed by the President.
c) Each district shall have it's own District Court.
d) The Chief Judge shall be the one to decide cases.
e) To appeal an conviction, the accused must provide evidence to show that they are not guilty.
f) The rights of those convicted shall be stripped.
g) If someone is guilty for the following reasons they shall be sent to life in prison:
i) Convicted of murder of an innocent individual.
ii) Being in a organization that promotes and carries out acts such as Crimes Against Humanity and violence against a particular ethnic or racial group.

h) The Judges may decide appropriate punishments for all other crimes.

Article VI. Taxes and Government Funding

a) The government shall have the right to make taxes.
b) Citizens who don't pay taxes shall be charged with tax evasion.
c) The punishment for citizens who don't pay taxes shall be 5 years in prison.
d) The government may charge business taxes on businesses in order to fund the government.

Article VII. Private Property

a) The populace shall have the right to own their own homes, businesses and land.

Article VIII. Amendments

a) The constitution shall be amended only if it meet the following requirements:

i) The approval of the President, Vice President, the Speaker of the House and The Senate Speaker.
ii) two-thirds majority vote from the House of Representatives and the Senate.

Article IX Public Holidays

a) Flags Day will be observed on 19th January.
b) Independence Day will be observed on 27th February.
c) President's Day will be observed on 7th March.
d) Senator's Day will be observed on 4th April.
e) Victory Day will be observed on 19th April.
f) Labor Day will be observed on 15th May.
g) Pride Day will be observed on 25th June.
h) Remembrance Day will be observed on 14th July.
i) Heroes Day will be observed on 8th October.
j) New Year's Day will be observed on 31st December.

This constitution is no longer valid following the passing of the new Constitution of the United States of Dictators, ratified on 20th June 2022.
