Government of the United States of dictators

The President of the United States of dictators is both the Head of Government and the Head of State, The Vice President mostly handles duties related to the Security and well-being of the United States of dictators. The Speaker handles duties which are related to The House of Representatives and The Senate, and also schedules voting sessions for new legislative bills.
There are over 79 districts in the United States of dictators each with its own District Government, The district government is headed by the District Commissioner.
With accordance to Article III of the Constitution Any and all citizens of the United States of dictators is eligible to run for office.
With accordance to Article III of the Constitution Presidential and Vice Presidential elections are held every five years, and Parliamentary elections are held every 2 years.
The President has absolute power over the Government and the country.
The Vice President has significant power over Intelligence agencies.
Senators and Representatives elected from a district has voting powers over that particular district that they represent.

Government Ministries

The Government currently has 15 ministries they are as follows:
1) Ministry of Home Affairs
2) Ministry of Foreign Affairs
3) Ministry of Defense
4) Ministry of Immigration
5) Ministry of Finance
6) Ministry of Infrastructure
7) Ministry of Road and Transportation.
8) Ministry of Trade
9) Ministry of Energy
10) Ministry of Social Services
11) Ministry of Communication
12) Ministry of Health
13) Ministry of Education
14) Ministry of Business
15) Ministry of Environment

These Ministries and their Ministers collectively make up The Executive Council which is headed by the President.
Ministers are appointed by the President.
The Government meets to discuss matters of the state in the Parliament located in the state capital of Wilmington.
The Government and Executive Council are funded by taxes.
The Government does not and cannot have a state funded television service.
The Government must act in a bipartisan, unbiased and cooperative manner.

The Parliament

The Parliament is headed by the Speaker of the House
The Parliament is composed of The House of Representatives and The Senate.
The Senate is the higher chamber of the Parliament and the House of Representative is the lower chamber.
The President meets with both the Senate and the House every Thursday to answer questions about the state.
When a new bill is proposed both chambers must discuss it 2 days after it has been proposed.

The House of Representatives
The House of Representatives is the lower chamber of the Parliament.
Representatives are elected by public vote, and are term limited.
Each Representative has a term limit of 6 years, or 3 elections.
The Speaker is both the Leader of the House and the head of the Parliament.
The Speaker's approval is required in order for bills to pass through the House.

The Senate
The Senate is the upper chamber of the Parliament.
Senators are elected by public vote and have no term limits.
The Majority Leader of the Senate is elected by 2/3 vote of Senators.
The Majority Leader's approval is required in order for bills to pass through the Senate.
The Majority Leader has a term limit of 8 years, or 4 elections that they can be Majority Leader.

Following the passing of the new Senate Speaker Act, The office of the Majority Leader has been abolished, to replaced the office, a new office called The Senate Speaker has been established:
The Senate Speaker is elected by public vote.
The Senate Speaker's approval is required in order for bills to pass through the Senate.
The Senate Speaker has no term limit.
