The Kingdom of Valahia and Moldavia was a romanian state formed through the union of Valahia and Moldova in 1859 under the reign of a single king.The Kingdom is located in Southeast Europe, It is bordered south of the Ottoman empire to the west of the Austro-hungarian empire
and north of the Russian empire. The Kingdom covers about 48,000 square kilometers. It has an estimated population of about 260 million people divided into 4 regions.

In antiquity the territory of Moldova was inhabited by the Dacians who were still conquered by the Romans. Although the territory of Moldova has never been occupied by the Romans. Throughout written and unwritten history, the Moldavian region has not been conquered by any of the foreign peoples. The Romanization process did not lead to a drastic change in the Dacian culture in Moldova. The two states, Moldova and Valahia, started their existence as vassals of the Crown of Hungary. The two provinces became formally vassals of the Ottoman Empire in 1538. As a result of the defeat of the Russian Empire in the Crimean War and the conclusion of the Paris Peace Treaty of 1856 the two provinces were passed under the common guardianship of the Ottoman Empire and the Congress of the Great Powers. The Treaty of Paris was replaced by the Russian protectorate with the collective guarantee of the great powers. Territorial administration

The Kingdom of Valahia and Moldova are governed by a constitutional monarchy, where the majority respect the rights of the minority protected by law. The Constitution is the supreme rule of the kingdom and closely follows the Constitution of France from which it was inspired. Citizens are subject to three levels of government: national, regional and local.
