The governments of Velkisa and the Hyperborean Empire of Vostag desirous of strengthening the cause of friendship, prosperity, and their mutual defense and proceeding from the fundamental provisions of this agreement hereby agree to these terms:
--In the event that one of the two contracting parties is attacked by a third party, the other contracting party shall come to the aid, support, and defense of the attacked contracting party.

--Velkisa shall import automobiles, lumber, minerals and mineral products, information technology, and decommissioned military surplus weapons and equipment from the Hyperborean Empire of Vostag. The Hyperborean Empire of Vostag shall import food, beverages, agricultural products, and consumer goods from Velkisa.

--The Hyperborean Empire of Vostag shall allow Velkisa access to Hyperborean military engineers and scientists to aid and advise Velkisan military engineers and scientists in creating Velkisan designed weapons and equipment.

--Wentarum Arms Company, Renistone Arms, Varhagi Armory, Smyth & Vestson, Saxon Arms, Heinrich Repeating Arms, Ithaka Gun Company, O.F. Moesier & Sons Incorporated, Marlinspike Firearms Company, Bruning Arms Company, Kalfr Manufacturing Company, Thomson Center Arms, Sturm, Rjodr, & Co., and ArmaLite of the Hyperborean Empire of Vostag shall open and establish factories in Velkisa for the manufacture of ammunition.

--The Chryslus Motor Corporation, Universal Motors Company, and Fjord Motor Company of the Hyperborean Empire of Vostag shall open and establish factories in Velkisa for the manufacture of automobiles.

--RobCo Industries, Apricot Incorporated, Universal Business Machines, Wattz Electronics Incorporated, Radiation King Company, ArcJet Corporation, and Chryslus Electronics Corporation of the Hyperborean Empire of Vostag shall open and establish factories in Velkisa for the manufacture of information technology.

--GDA Fusion, Mass Fusion, Poseidon Energy, Bysshe Company, Schoelt Energy, Jetstream, Pep Gas, Red Rocket, Dynaco, Chryslus Motor Corporation, Universal Motors Company, and Fjord Motor Company of the Hyperborean Empire of Vostag shall aid and invest in Velkisa in transferring its energy grid off nuclear fission and petroleum energy to clean and safe nuclear fusion power including nuclear fusion powered vehicles. In exchange for this sharing of technology the previously mentioned companies shall have a 15-year non-competition period where they will be granted rights as sole providers of nuclear fusion power and nuclear fusion power related products and services in Velkisa at the end of which native businesses will be allowed to enter said industry and compete with the Hyperborean businesses. By becoming signatory to this treaty Velkisa agrees to not use this technology in any act of aggression against the Hyperborean Empire of Vostag, its interests, or its allies.

--The present treaty shall be ratified within the shortest possible time. The Agreement shall enter into force as soon as it is signed.

-- Velkisa will import Hedra's products from its Technology Industry.

-- Velkisa will invest 20 Billion (Vores) into Hedra's Technology Industry as financial support.

-- Velkisa will import Aravam's products from its Beverage Industry.

-- Velkisa will import Aravam's products from its Book Publishing Industry.

-- Velkisa will import Aravam's products from its Automobile Manufacturing Industry.

-- Velkisa will import Aravam's products from its Information Technology Industry.

-- Aravam and Velkisa will enter a mutual defense treaty, which includes the protection and security of each participant.

-- No protective tariffs, VATs, or other taxes will be placed on either participant.

-- Velkisa will import South Carambe's products from its Lumber Industry.

-- Velkisa will import South Carambe's products from its Agricultural Sector.

-- Velkisa will import South Carambe's products from its Furniture Restoration Industry.

-- Velkisa will import South Carambe's products from its Mining Industry.

-- Velkisa will import Tritra's products from its Furniture Restoration Industry.

-- Velkisa will import Tritra's products from its Automobile Manufacturing Industry.
