The Free Land of World Builder is a gargantuan, environmentally stunning nation, ruled by Prim Magister with a fair hand, and renowned for its museums and concert halls, national health service, and daily referendums. The compassionate, democratic population of 22.615 billion little ponies are free to do what they want with their own bodies, and vote for whomever they like in elections; if they go into business, however, they are regulated to within an inch of their lives.

The government — a sprawling, bureaucracy-choked, liberal, socially-minded morass — juggles the competing demands of Education, Environment, and Welfare. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Trottingheim. The average income tax rate is 94.4%.

The enormous but underdeveloped equine economy, worth a remarkable 1,071 trillion notions a year, is highly specialized and dominated by the Tourism industry, with significant contributions from Information Technology, Book Publishing, and Cheese Exports. State-owned companies are reasonably common. Average income is 47,393 notions, and distributed extremely evenly, with practically no difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Advertisers are struggling to make water sound cool to a twitchy public, Equine novella fans become unusually flustered when thinking about Prim Magister, home renovation projects take decades to complete, and foreign policy often involves bullwhips and leather. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. World Builder's national animal is the red panda, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests.

World Builder is ranked 3,047th in the world and 3rd in Pony Lands for Most Stationary, with 3,779.66424768 days.
