The Disputed Territories of Xeraxix is a massive, orderly nation, ruled by Pope Leader with an iron fist, and notable for its museums and concert halls, enslaved workforce, and stringent health and safety legislation. The hard-nosed, cynical, devout population of 1.252 billion Xeraxixians are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."

The enormous, corrupt, moralistic, socially-minded, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Spirituality, Law & Order, and Administration. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Korninidad. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 72.2%.

The sizeable but underdeveloped Xeraxixian economy, worth 52.5 trillion Dashes a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. However, for those in the know, there is a slick, highly efficient, quite specialized black market in Trout Farming, Information Technology, Tourism, and Cheese Exports. The private sector mostly consists of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, but the government is looking at stamping this out. Average income is 41,936 Dashes, with the richest citizens earning 9.1 times as much as the poorest.

Brasilistan has been announced as the nation's newest colony, the nation has gained millions of new citizens overnight, Xeraxix's free colleges struggle to maintain standards in the face of overwhelming demand, and community organizers have given up going door to door because nobody is home. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a very well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Xeraxix's national animal is the Orangutan, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests.

Xeraxix is ranked 35,914th in the world and 4th in Testregionia for Most Extreme, scoring 36.36 on the Paul-Nader Subjective Decentrality Index.
