The Five Mandates of Tellgarianism

The following are The Five Mandates of Tellgarianism, the basic rules that followers of Tellgarianism obey. There are other rules that are followed by Tellgarianists, such as the tradition of wearing blue on the birthday of Emperor Tellgar I, but they are not required by the Tellgarianist religion.

The First Mandate, Recognition, states that all followers of Tellgarianism must recognize that Drex Tellgar I was divinely ordained and was the gift of the Divine to humanity.

The Second Mandate, Submission, states that all followers of Tellgarianism must submit to the will of their Emperor, who is chosen by the Divine to rule.

The Third Mandate, Restraint, states that all followers of Tellgarianism must not kill another Tellgarian, as all Tellgarians are the subjects of their Emperor, who is chosen by the Divine.

The Fourth Mandate, Respect, states that all followers of Tellgarianism must not steal from anyone, as all is the property of the Emperor, and the Emperor is blessed by the Divine.

The Fifth Mandate, Charity, states that all followers of Tellgarianism must do their best to help their fellow Tellgarian, be it through gifts or acts of good wil
