Army
Navy
The Navy of the Cavendian Commonwealth (NCC), more commonly referred to as the Cavendian Navy, is a green-water navy. Despite being able to project power regionally, it is only able to launch extensive operations overseas with the assistance of one or more maritime powers (this includes Great Powers and Superpowers).
The Cavendian Navy, like most navies, has a maritime and an aerial element to it. The maritime element consists of 62 commissioned ships:
1 light carrier
4 destroyers
12 frigates
8 submarines
19 patrol boats
4 minehunters
7 survey ships
3 replenishment ships
4 landing ships
The aerial element consists of 57 helicopters:
28 ASW helicopters
11 transport helicopters
18 training helicopters
Air Force
The Air Force of the Cavendian Commonwealth, commonly called the Cavendian Air Force, is responsible for defending Cavendian airspace, supporting the other branches of the armed forces, and conducting aerial operations internationally. The Air Force consists of 267 aircraft, including:
16 SAR helicopters
15 transport/tanker jets
12 trainer helicopters
45 transport helicopters
19 maritime patrol aircraft
42 multirole fighter jets
39 attack fighter jets
28 trainer jets
51 propeller aircraft*
*Propeller aircraft includes planes that serve a variety of purposes, including maritime patrol, transport, and training.
CCOF
The Cavendian Cyber Operations Force, more commonly referred to as the Cyber Force, assumes a variety of roles. First and foremost, it is responsible for improving and defending the military's cyber infrastructure from hostile elements and cyber attacks. In addition, it is capable of waging cyberwarfare, should the situation deem it necessary. The Cyber Force also serves in an advisory capacity, helping the government to shore up its own defenses against possible breaches and attacks.
Gendarmerie
The National Gendarmerie is a police force that operates in the region designated as French-Cavendia. While it is largely an independent force, it is under the official jurisdiction of the Cavendian Armed Forces. The National Gendarmerie is mainly responsible for upholding law and order in French-Cavendia. However, it also serves as a military police for any forces stationed in French-Cavendia. Should French-Cavendia ever be invaded, the Gendarmerie also may serve as a combat force.
