The Councilor of Affairs is entrusted with maintaining good relations with our embassy regions as well as any other region who wishes to do business with us. The Councilor of Exterior Affairs also holds the responsibility of notifying the region, its government and the New King of regions that have been raided and if our region is under a threat of attack. The Councilor of Affairs is also in-charge of the regions Embassies and can report to the Founder and Delegate if an embassy should be closed or created. The Councilor of Affairs represents our region to the world and along with the The New King are the only councilors/leaders who can officially negotiate for the region. The Councilor of Affairs is also responsible for ensuring nations act politely and follow the laws of any region they communicate, and coordinate a rescue/negotiate with the region if a member nation of our region gets into trouble in another region. The Councilor of Affairs position is electable and held every six weeks with unlimited terms.
The Councillor of Exterior Affairs may not exceed more endorsements than the given endocap at the time. Such actions will be considered treasonous and will inject severe penalties.

The roles of the Councilor of Affairs are set out in the constitution and this article, in carrying out the roles, he/she must follow the boundaries set by the constitution and this article and cannot perform government tasks that are not listed in the constitution or this article. Under all circumstances, even including political parties, the Councilor of Affairs is expected to be impartial. The Councilor of Affairs may also be impeached by the New King if he/she is convinced that the Councilor of Affairs in question has acted against the constitution/article or endangered regional stability.
