This executive order is in accordance to the 'temporary procedures' which are outlined in Section I, Clause (b), of Executive Order-001 regarding the confirmation of the member-state Puerto rico 3 as The Secretary of Voting & Elections following a 48 hour vote by the Congress, beginning on June 16th, 2018. This 48 hour vote which was titled "A Vote Regarding the Confirmation of 'The Democratic Republic of Puerto Rico 3' as The Secretary of Voting & Elections" closed with 6 Yeas and 1 Nay; with 54 absent and 1 excluded. Having evaluated the results of the vote, it hereby stands approved. That being said, as the Presidential Chief- Executive, I hereby issue this executive order delegating the Duties of The Secretary of Voting & Elections to Puerto rico 3.

a). Following the time of which this executive order is issued, The duties of the Secretary of Voting & Elections shall be delegated to Puerto rico 3, and they shall as the Secretary of Voting & Elections uphold our Constitution as well as all mandates, requirements, and duties which are vested in their office; and should resign if they can no longer adequately carry out their responsibilities.
