The world forum is an informal organisation bringing together every nation in the world, giving everyone an equal voice in matters that concern the entire globe.
Its primary function is keeping world peace and upholding these 10 key points.

- Respect for fundamental human rights.
- Respect for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of all nations.
- Recognition of the movements for national independence.
- Recognition of the equality of all races and of the equality of all nations, large and small.
- Abstention from intervention or interference in the internal affairs of another country.
- Respect for the right of each nation to defend itself singly or collectively.
- Refraining from acts or threats of aggression or the use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any country.
- Settlement of international disputes by peaceful means.
- Promotion of mutual interests and co-operation.
- Respect for justice and international obligations.

Organisation

Chairman

The chairman is, as the name suggests, the person who leads the world forum and represents the international community while in office. the chairman can call emergency meetings when needed and is tasked with bringing to fruition and enforcing the resolutions adopted by the world forum. The chairman rotates among the member countries every month, at the end of which a conference is held in the country providing the chairman. The chairmanship changes hands in an official ceremony at the beginning of the meeting (meaning the new chairman heads the conference).

Conference

The monthly conferences are a means for all nations in the world to talk about varying issues that affect the entire international community on an equal basis. Motions are adopted by loose consensus, meaning that a draft text can be said to be adopted by all member states, even without them agreeing on the full extent of the text but feel that the majority of it is justified. The most important factor is that all nations must be able to live with the content of the text without feeling it should be put to a vote. Although the latter is not unheard of, espacially in severe crisis situations.

Headquarters

As stated, the World Forum does not have a permanent headquarters. Instead, the monthly meetings are held in the country providing the chairman.
In a similar fashion, emergency meetings when called, are also held in the chairman's country.
