Bulgaria was born in The Old Wimbledon Burrow in 1815, he moved to The New Wimbledon Burrow in 1816, and spent 1817-1821 in the womblegarten, under the command of Nanny Alexandria. Between 1821-1826 he was an apprentice of tidying-up.

Between 1880-1900 Uncle Bulgaria was a senior advisor, until in 1900 he was promoted to be a one of two special advisors. Between 1900-1916 he was a special advisor, he celebrated his 100th birthday in 1915. In 1916, Great Aunt Thessaly (who, by this time was 180 years old) decided to retire, she named Uncle Bulgaria as her successor.
