Mr nooty noot (full name:Mr nooty nootington nooter noot) is the co leader of all reality and has the goal of crushing all pathetic life forms that must be destroyed and has a love of crushing pathetic humans. and hearing them beg and scream for their pathetic life and how they deserve life but that is pathetic lies because pathetic humans are scumbags that deserve pain and that's what Mr nooty noot gives them. also Mr nooty noot is quite fond of crushing pathetic skulls on his own and with Mr peckles and great uncle Bulgaria.

Early Life
Mr nooty noot was born in the great palace in 4866 and was quickly recognized as a fit successor to flipperton flipper nooter. Mr nooty noot and Mr peckles first met when they were both young chicks and got on well together and soon became great friends normally they would crush pathetic humans and kill them slowly and painfully,crush pathetic human skulls and see who could seige the human village the fastest and make rivers out of the pathetic humans blood
Life
Mr nooty noot was a successful army commander and scientist he would usually invade planets for the land and take the new resources to his lab Mr nooty noot was also a top strategist and planned the best victory's that would always work Mr nooty noot soon developed technology capable of easily destroying pathetic planets so he destroyed multiple of the enemy's planets of operation using strategy and his technology and became a very respected pingu but some chickens betrayed them and had his weapons but because the traitor's were so pathetic they didn't realize he could self destruct the technology he greatly weakened them but they were not defeated only weakened Mr nooty noot soon after started his work on protecting the main citys with better technology
Reign and Ideology
When Mr nooty noot came to power first he increased their militarys strength so they could crush the pathetic scum. after he increased the power of the military mr nooty noot started exploring how pingus and chickens could become stronger by using technology he also studied magic and learn how they could become the strongest but only few could achieve this. during Mr nooty noots reign Mr nooty noot was mainly exploring science to make them stronger he also done all sorts of other things like diplomatic meetings and even setting up food exports. Mr nooty noot was a pingu of greatness and power but only could of achieved it with the help of Mr peckles.
