Company Holding Administration Act

The Grand General Assembly of the UNOE,

Seeing that under current unofficial regional policy, once a nation CTE’s its companies simply cease to exist with it, while still being reserved for the nation if they come back,

Noticing that this is highly flawed because a major economic player simply does not contribute any more,

Wanting to fix this via regional legislation,

This Law Hereby,

1. Creates the Regional Company Holding Adminastration (here after the RCHA),

1a. The RCHA shall take control of any CTE’d nations companies, and make sure they continue contributing to the Global Economy,

1b. The RCHA shall retain ownership of the company (or companies) for a period of two months, after which the company (companies) is up for bidding.

2. The RCHA shall be under the control of the Minstry of the Treasury, with oversight from the General Assembly.

3. The RCHA has the discretion to approve or deny any bid for a company, a denial will be investigated by the GA’s new RCHA Oversight Committee to verify that the denial is in fact valid, and to ensure that each bidder has an equal chance at attaining the company.

4. Nations that have already CTE’d before the passing of this bill will have an additional grace period of one month to return to the UNOE and prevent their companies from being taken into the ownership of the RCHA.
