UOJ War Rules

Before the war (in this order):
1: Both nations must agree to adhere to these laws
2: Military Forces must be approved by the IC admin or Deputy
3: The above must have been done, otherwise the war may not officially begin. No attacks may be carried out.
General Rules:
1: Posts MUST be fair. No constant posting Victories for your army. If this happens you will receive one warning form the IC admin.
2: Both Invasion AND Defense forces MUST be approved by the Current IC ADMIN if the enemy shows grievance with them.
3: All posts must be REALISTIC. Don't just send 1000 million cows at your enemy :).
4: IF the Invader loses, 1 or more of his territories MAY be taken, if he wins, only the targeted territories shall be gained.
5: Acceptance of ANY war terms (even against these rules) shall result in compliance with those terms.
Rules of Surrender (Defender):
1: An Unconditional Surrender will result in the surrender of ALL targeted territory and shall end the war immediately, and it may not be started again until a two week grace period has ended.
2: Suing for Peace will constitute the withdrawal of invasion forces, agreed to between BOTH parties, in exchange for 1 or more territories. The war may be restarted after a 2 day grace period granted to both sides.
Rules of Surrender (Attacker):
1: Unconditional surrender is the ONLY option
2: All forces MUST be withdrawn, and the war is OVER.
When the war ends:
1: A 2 week IRL grace period MUST be put into effect AS SOON AS the war is over in the case of an Unconditional Surrender.
2: Both Parties have 2 IRL days for complaints to be submitted to the IC Admin/Deputy.
3: If the IC ADMIN, decides that either side breached these terms, the war shall be rendered VOID.
Misc rules:
1: Any treaties/alliances may be called into effect.
2: Either side has a maximum of 2 allies.
3: Allied help must be realistic, and allies must agree to adhere to the two week/day grace period.
4: In the case of a dispute against the IC Admin or Deputy, the other shall be contacted, and the war may be put on hold until the response of the other (both parties may come to a fair agreement)
5: All parties in the war (Attacker, Defender, Allies) may not abuse IC or Regional power. Any Nation found to be in violation shall be removed from the war, and their side will lose. A regional poll shall decide whether or not they are guilty, with the qualified voters selected by the attacker and the defender.
6: If the war is rendered null and void by any party, they must give a good reason for it. This will be determined by a neutral party.
7: In the case of a surrender the war may not be rendered void by any other then the IC admin responding to a complaint.
8: If the defender refuses to RP to defend his territory he will lose that territory.
