CUYWBS Rules, Regulations, Rights and Responsibilities
Rules
Residents of the region are required to comply fully with the game's Terms & Conditions of Use and NationStates Rules.
If you cannot follow the rules, go find somewhere else to play.
Regulations
Spam
'Spam' is any unwanted message on the regional message board or in telegrams. Spam, as defined by the game's rules.
The administrative officers have the authority to decide what is considered to be 'spam' at any time and in any context.
Coup Plotting
Do not engage in planning or actions against the region.
If you have a grievance against the region, bring it to the attention of the administrative officers for review.
If your complaint is not addressed to your satisfaction, do not become disruptive; adapt or move to another region.
Privacy
The revealing of personal information is left to the discretion of the individual players. Use caution when discussing private topics.
Do not reveal the private or personal information of another player without their permission.
Ejections and Bans
The regional administration reserves the right to eject and ban nations for violations and to add or remove nations from the 'banned' list.
An ejection is a firm warning. If you are ejected and not banned, you may return and discuss the issue in a polite, respectful manner.
If your ejection is accompanied by a ban, that is a final decision and cannot be debated.

CUYWBS Elections
ELECTABLE POSITIONS
President & Vice President
The positions of President and Vice-President are to be chosen annually by popular vote during an election cycle in the month of March.
Other government positions
They will be in charge of helping the region look more attractive to Nations who might join and will help compose the recruitment and welcome TG

They will be the assistant. They will help with everything the head recruiter does but to a lesser extent.

They will be in charge of defending the region. They will also be in charge of surpuressing posts if need be

Ministry Seats and other government positions will be held every six months with an election cycle in the months of March and September.
ELECTIONS
Election Rules
Voting will take place via a regional poll. Candidates must must win at least half of the total votes cast. In the event that no candidate receives half of the valid votes, the candidate with the least amount of votes will be eliminated and a short-duration run-off election will be held between the remaining candidates until only one candidate remains and is declared the winner of the election. If the office in question has a vice-position, the runner-up will be considered to have won that seat.
