The Kingdom of Gagium was established in 1374, though was restricted to the coastlines and banks of the Hanus and Brooks Rivers until the Plains Conquests of the 1480s; However, invading these lands from the natives adapted to life in these areas proved to be costly, and Gagium relinquished nearly all de-facto jurisdiction over these areas until the early 1700s.
