1.The leader is elected with an amount of voters greater than any other candidates
2.If two or more candidates have the same amount of votes and are both the most voted for, runoff elections will be held
3.The leader can make decisions and can appoint people to positions
4.The founder can veto things, but is a responsible and kind founder and is not biased
5.Non puppets are discouraged but allowed
