I hereby issue this declaration in accordance to "Article II, Section III, Clause (c) of the Constitution of the North Eastern Federation of States", to announce that "Article I, Section II of [LEGISLATION-2019-002: The Congressional Rules and Procedures Act]", as adopted by The Congress on March 26th, 2019, is hereby enacted into law and will be enforced once it has been added to "[LEGISLATION-2019-002: The Congressional Rules and Procedures Act]", in accordance to "Article I, Section I, Clause (f) of [LEGISLATION-2019-002: The Congressional Rules and Procedures Act]"
