PREAMBLE

The Plaintiff raises a constitution question of
(1) Whether or not the mandatory disclosure of puppets could be compelled to RWA citizens and immigrants
(2) Whether or not lying in the form would cause the nation to lose its citizenship.

VERDICT

The Honourable Supreme Court of the Red Wolf Alliance has decided to issue the following interpretation of the law -
  1. Participation can be mandatory. While no law stipulates that such act is mandatory, the intent of the immigration law is to prevent nations from setting up nations with the goal of making them appear as a nation run by the player.

The intent of the law supposes that not making it mandatory would defeat its purpose.

  2. By virtue of SB 070, lying or non-disclosure of puppet nation amounts to permanent banning in the region. The intent of the lawmakers were to prevent nations from falling into a moral hazard of not disclosing their puppet nations jeopardizing the political process and gaming the system.
