Experimental Council Election Reduction Bill

1. At some point during the UTC day of Saturday every two weeks, starting Saturday 2019-07-06, the list of appropriately declared candidates shall be sent to the entire region and/or posted on the RMB, by the discretion of the Founder or any nation chosen to act on their behalf. Citizens may then vote by telegramming TGE-Election with a ranked-choice list of candidates.

2. The instant-runoff process will be used to select three candidates, all of which shall receive the office of Administrator with polls, embassies, appearance, and communications authority. Ties shall be broken randomly. In the event that three or fewer candidates run, all candidates shall be appointed to the Administrator position.

3. Administrators may only appoint one officer, and must dismiss this officer before appointing another. Officers appointed by Administrators are dismissed when the Administrator leaves office unless another Administrator decides to use their appointment on that nation.

4. Administrators cannot amend bills.
