URCR or Union of Rich Capitalist Republics Constitution!

Founder.

Powers: Executive, Appearance, Border Control, Communications, Embassies and Polls.

The founder is the most important figure in the region, but still the founder can't use all of it's powers to become a dictator. the founder can be punished by it's actions if most of the nations in the court decide it.

President of the URCR.

Powers: Appearance, Border Control, Communications, Embassies and Polls.

The second most important figure of the URCR must be elected in a poll. he must represent us and use it's powers to achieve the goals of the region.

Council Member.

Powers: Border Control, Communications and Embassies.

They as well must be elected in a poll, there must be at least 2 council members. they will judge government acts and approve them.

Deputy.

Powers: Any power, but they can only choose one.

As the other charges there must be 2 deputies in the region. they can choose every power they want. but only one of them. for example a Deputy can choose Polls, but if he choose Polls. he can't choose another power.

Foreign Affairs of the URCR.

Powers: Communications and Embassies

The nations elected for this charge must do alliances and friendship with other regions. remember every embassy counts!

Rights of the nations.

*Vote in a poll.
*Express it's political ideas!
*Suggest ideas to improve the region.
*Free speech!
*Post in the RMB.
*Join the government.
*Vote in polls.
*Join the regional army.
*RP!

Duties of the nations.

*Respect regional officers.
*Respect the constitution.

Regional Crimes and Punishments.

*Betray the government (permanent ban of the region.)
*Spam (suppression of the posts.)
*Insult a regional officer (suppression of the posts.)
*Raid (Permanent ban of the region.)
*Godmod (RP ban for 1-10 days.)

All of this punishments maybe removed if a apologize is sent. but if the nation commits the same crime again. a apologize will not be accepted.

What this region stands for.

This section of the constitution is just to inform the nations, about what the URCR is about!

The URCR or Union of Rich Capitalist Republics stands for: Democracy, Free Trade, Capitalism, Liberty and Free Expression!
