NEW GOVERNMENT FORMED IN ACEATTORNEYSIA | NEW GREAT COALITION SPA/JU // The Wrightsport Post

Today, for the first time, parliament held their first session with the new government under now official President Athena Kidzuki. A new coalition had to be forged, as SPA and GC lost their majority. After talks failed with the LGM over foreign policy, the NGP over privatization of the transport sector and the LSP refusing talks altogether, a coalition was able to be forged between SPA and JU, holding a majority of 58% in parliament.

The cabinet was also reshuffled, with 3 members keeping their positions and 2 changing ministries.

The Presidential office is now officially held by former Vice President Athena Kidzuki, inheriting the job after the assassination of President Apoll Righteous, assasinated in office.

The Vice Presidential Office is now held by the JU party leader Yur Onor, who managed to get the JU from 14 up to 21.2%, while the GC had only 15% (now holds only 11.4%), as such, they got more and more powerful offices in the new cabinet than the GC held.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs keeps to be administered and lead by Clay Lunan in his 2nd term, who replaced Righteous after he became president.

The Ministry of Finance and the State Treasury continues to be administered by Truce Gramyra, now in her 3rd term, after serving in Righteous' and the Of-Wrightsport administrations. She is a popular figurehead even beyond her own party.

The Ministry of Interior Affairs and Security the JU managed to get a hold of this office, after promising in their election campaign to uphold public security, As such, former DUGH Ambassador Abraham Atishon got the Job. Former minister Miya Fae, once a popular philanthropist, is retiring, also to make room for her sister Elizabeth, former mayor of Wrightsport, to prevent outcries over nepotism.

The Ministry of Justice is further being held by Saiban Kan in his 2nd term, after successes in reforming the legal system further.

The Ministry of Economy and Trade changed from SPA minister and former governor of Adgaworta Gregory Groundvalue, who picks up his former job as a businessman, to JU senator of Godoty-Trucinia Di-Jun Huang, part of the left JU, likely to continue the policies of his predecessor, although being more for free trade.

The Ministry of Social- and Labor Issues continues to be administered by Simon Whitefeather (SPA), who still wants to go through with the AIIPDJ immigration reform.

The Ministry of Energy and Infrastracture was formerly administered by GC senator of the Outer Atolls Satomi Hanamura. After leaving the coalition, it is now administered by former Vice Faction
chairman of the SPA, Frank Sésit.

The Ministry of Cultural Issues, also formerly administered by the GC in the form of Dick Chewboot, goes to former mayor of Wrightsport Elizabeth Fae, who helped to organize both the Festival of Cultures and the "Most beautiful city"-contest, hosted in and by Wrightsport. Now she was elevated to a national position, leaving her majoral post up to grabs.

The Ministry of Defense could also be secured by the JU in coalition talks. Former general and war hero in both the 2nd Shiggirian-Aceattorneysian War and the Caldraria Conflict, Duruku Sadomadi takes over the remilitarization efforts by the AADF, NAAND and AFAA by Armie Buff (SPA).

The Ministry of Education and Technology is administered by her now instead. She takes over the administration of Kristoph Kirihito (GC), with whom she had good relations, likely resulting in her continuing policies all in all as were.

The Ministry of Environmental Affairs, formerly held by GC party leader June Forest, now faction chairman of the 2nd biggest opposition party, is taken over by renowned scientist and senator of Athenia Itonokogiri Keiji (SPA).

The Ministry of Native-Tribal Issues, usually held by a dedektiwian native speaker such as the former minister Albhi Urchief (GC), who plans to run for governor in the Gumshoe Islands, now as expected goes to one of the few JU senators from there, Vera Misham (JU).

The DUGH Ambassador's Office, formerly held by now Interior Minister Abraham Atishon, is taken over by his aide Armando Diego, JU Senator from Miamaya.

The first issue the government will take on is the current crisis pertaining to the issue of Xuèrongyu, and their support of terrorist forces in other countries. We'll keep you updated.
