Underwater Bases(Non Canon)

After some incidents on the Levontian shoreline that involved small waves crashing into nearby villages and the huge increase of sea level causing floods that made the people evacuate these villages, the Levontian Government has seen fit to make use of this situation and invest in underwater bases that could protect the people and house any type of equipment such as : Medical supplies, weapons , etc.
