Religions in Eastern Roman America

During the Renaissance, Roman Paganism, called Olympianism, became popular in Western Anatolia, Greece, and Romania. In 1555, upon the settlement of New Corinth, the missionaries from Eastern roman america flooded into native land.

In 1556, Olympianism was declared the official religion. In 1827, The government was declared secular, but the religion was still officially supported and temples are government land and are supported by tax dollars.

Throughout the 1800's, Islam became more prevent, especially in Caliphornia. However, Muslims had been a notable minority since the beginning.

Most of the colonizers of Caliphornia were Muslims from Egypt and Turkey. In modern times, 22.8 Million people (72.5%) in Caliphornia are Muslim. in 1987, Islam was added as a co-official religion in Caliphornia. Many Muslims also worship pagan gods, but the exact number is unknown.
