These are sub-regions under our punishing but fair administration. The autonomous sub-regions are made for only select ethnic groups (e.g religious, race, etc.) They're padded from outside and in to keep out visitors, guarded heavily by military. The autonomous sub-regions follow the Constitution of Warcaa Human Rights, meaning they need water, food, bed, to reasonable standard. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN THEY BE LET FREE OUTSIDE SUB-REGION WITHOUT APPROVAL OF INNOCENCE. Inside sub-regions, the adult need to spend 5 hours a day in industry, while a child, need spend 9 hours a day of education. Freedom of religion is allowed inside these sub-regions, as they're in now safe and isolated location to do it without any harassment. Extra services can be given to ethnic groups if they're upper class or permitted. The majority of ethnic groups need to build their own industries, as it make them more self-sufficient.
