Protocol codes of Warcaa.

The protocols are martial laws declared when state of emergency is confirmed by administration and Emperor Warcaa. These are lists of protocol codes.

Protocol 01: If nation in state of anarchy, 01 can be called. This protocol is when former-government funds terrorist groups to cause a civil war to keep silence away, after civil war is ended, government take back office and help restore order.

Protocol 02: This protocol if nation is defeated by other enemy. 02 is when we also fund terrorist groups, but not at our former-government, but at our enemy. Within state of civil war, we shall declare our independence and break free from enemy.

Protocol 03: If nation in ongoing civil war, 03 can be called. This will mass conscript every single person in our borders to date. This includes children, elders, poets (religious), even the administration themselves. After permanent termination of terrorist, government take back office and help restore order.

Protocol 04: This protocol if nation need to permanent termination of every single ethnics inside sub-regions, the first is poets (religious). Second is aliens (immigrants).
