House Bill 20: Hall of Fame Act
Purpose: To create a Hall of Fame to honor those who have done well by Force and have been an important part of either its community or the government.
Article 1: Requirements for Nomination

1. The designated individual must be a citizen of Force or its territories.

2. The designated individual must have been a part of Force for a month or longer.

3. The designated individual’s name must be put forward by someone other than themselves.

4. The designated individual must be put up for nomination by at least three different renowned citizens of Force.

Article 2: Nomination

1. To nominate a citizen of Force, you must give the individual’s name to either the Founder, the Prime Minister, or the Deputy Prime Minister, if present.

2. An alternative route to nominate a citizen is to publicly announce it in Grand Plaza and have at least two government officials acknowledge the nomination and make a note of it.

Article 3: Voting

1. Voting will take place three days after an individual is nominated.

2. The cabinet will vote on whether to add the individual’s name to the Force Hall of Fame through a simple majority.

3. If there is a tie, the vote will be brought to the House, where the vote would remain a simple majority.

4. In the event of a tie in the House, the Prime Minister and the Deputy Prime Minister or a selected government official outside of the cabinet would cast a separate vote.

5. In the event of a tie between the Prime Minister and the Deputy Prime Minister or the selected government official, the Founder would decide whether the nominated individual is fit for the Hall of Fame or denied.

Article 4: Maintenance

1. It would be up to the Minister of Culture AND the Minister of Communications to keep the Hall of Fame updated and available to the public.

2. The Hall of Fame can be google slides, google docs, or any other form of presentable material in which the whole of Force’s citizens can view.

3. When a nominee is accepted, there is a 48-hour window to add the name to the Hall, unless a legitimate reason is given to delay the addition, or it is considered malfeasance.

4. The ministers can designate another member of their ministry to tend to the Hall, but this must be made clear. The designated individual is held to the same standards as the Ministers.
