Recognition of Title of the RDSS

I, @@Leader Title@@ @@Leader Name@@ of @@Nation Name@@, hereby relinquish all claims to the Red Dragon Space Station (hereinafter the "RDSS") and recognize Evrigenis as the following:
1. the sole owner of the RDSS.
2. the sole owner of any intellectual property found on the RDSS.
3. the nation that has exclusive use and enclosure rights of the RDSS.
4. the sole nation that can convey the RDSS or use it as collateral (hypothecation).
5. the nation that controls access/easement to the RDSS.
