The Constitution of The Black Fleet
In order to protect and strengthen the Vaterland, to preserve our religious principles, to promote the welfare of all citizens of The Black Fleet, as well the personnel on our ships, to stand for Arbeit, Familie, Gott, und Vaterland, this region has been established. So help us God.
All members are expected to make respectful comments. No cursing or vulgar language is allowed. Disrespectful comments are also prohibited (the high command will interpret the comment if needed). Disrespect to the high command is not tolerated. Spamming on other region's RMBs is also not allowed. Anyone that infringes upon this rule shall receive a dismissal of duty for one day and the post will be suppressed.
Espionage (colloquially, spying) is the obtaining of information that is considered secret or confidential without the permission of the holder of the information. Espionage can be committed by an individual or a group of spies, working for another region. The practice is inherently clandestine, as it is by definition unwelcome and illegal and punishable by law. Espionage is a subset of "intelligence" gathering, which includes espionage as well as information gathering from public sources which is also punishable by law.
All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty.
1. Anyone thought to be a spy will go on trial were ALL evidence will be presented to the region.
2. Anyone thought to be a spy that is proven guilty will be banjected immediately.
3. Espionage includes but is not limited to the following-
--1. Gathering messages from The Black Fleet RMB and posting them on a foreign RMB for the purpose of Espionage(Will be decided by the
High Command).
--2. Endorsing any nation within The Black Fleet that is not approved of the High Command
--3. Any RMB posts or telegrams that contain posts about raiding The Black Fleet.
--4. Banning or ejecting (or both), nations without probable cause.
--5. Closing an embassy without probable cause.
--6. Posting any disloyal comments on the The Black Fleet RMB, from within The Black Fleet.
--7. Spamming the regional message board, insistent postings, or anything as such.
In conclusion, any of these crimes committed by a member of the high command will result in a temporary lose of powers, until proven guilty or innocent.
We are a national conservative region and we accept all religions as long as they do not interfere with national security or the rule of law. In order to be an effective fighting force, we promote the respect of authorities and of fellow citizens. Any extreme ideologies will not be tolerated.

Historical:
The political principles of the National Socialist German Workers' Party in Germany from 1919-1945. The Nazi party was a German nationalist party mixed in with socialist elements to garner votes from the left. During the reign of the Nazi party, the Catholic clergy was silenced, and some were killed on the Night of the Long Knives. There was an attempt to make a unified Christian church, but that never happened. The Nazi party did not believe in the gospel, but rather attempted to pervert it to their needs. Socially wise, they believed in a hierarchy of races, which places Aryan Germans on top. They believed in an expansionist foreign policy to provide Lebensraum (living space) for German citizens. National Socialism is an ideology of the left because it promotes leftist economic policies and only seeks to preserve their culture for the unity of the state, not because they have the inherent desire to. Nazis promote extreme authoritarianism, which infringes upon basic fundamental rights, like the right to life, the right to bear arms, freedom of speech, freedom from tyranny, and many more.
Race Nationalists - Believe in the ethno-state for their race and sometimes favor the exploitation and extermination of other races from a biological viewpoint. Race nationalists are only driven by hate for others, not the love of their country, culture, or God. This rabid and hateful ideology is banned from The Black Fleet.
Faith Nationalists - Believe in spreading their faith at all costs and are willing to exterminate anyone who is not of their faith, or anyone in their faith who disagrees with them. As defined in Alma 32:21 from the Book of Mormon, "faith is not to have a perfect knowledge of things; therefore if ye have faith ye hope for things which are not seen, which are true." Any truly faithful and God-fearing person would not resort to violent methods to extinguish other's faiths. One of Christ's most important teachings was to love thyself and love thy neighbor. Any faith nationalist, whether they be Muslim, Christian, Bhuddist, Hindu, ect. will be immediatly banjected from The Black Fleet, no questions asked.
Race Nationalists, Faith Nationalists, and Nazis as described above will not be tolerated within The Black Fleet, no questions asked.

A political theory derived from Karl Marx, advocating class war and leading to a society in which all property is publicly owned and each person works and is paid according to their abilities and needs. Communism leads to an eternal war against the more successful, which results in the destruction of the social and cultural aspect of the country. It promotes athesim and the destruction of cultural sites, places of worship, genealogical records, and tears apart families. It is an ideology raised up by the devil and has resulted in the deaths of over 100 MILLION PEOPLE.
Communists and Socialists will not be tolerated within The Black Fleet, no questions asked.
Before going on a raid, it is required to contact Konsair before moving on. Any attempts to impede the approved raid or defense will result in the appropriate consequences. It is recommended that you read our Combat Guide. WA multing is NOT allowed
Section I: Joining the military - Approval from the high command must be met. An application form has to be submitted and the high command will look this over.
If you have been caught breaking any of the rules or regulations listed in the following article, you will have go through the prosecution process:
1. Removal from active duty - Punishments for minor infractions
2. Removal from The Black Fleet and banjection - will be decided by the high command
Section I: Right to Trial - Official members of The Black Fleet have the right to stand trial. Offenders that are not members may receive no trial and immediate banjection.
In order to form a manageable government, officials will be chosen by the Großadmiral or the General Admiral.
Section I: Officials - Any appointed official that is not a founding nation or Konsair shall not receive appearance or border control powers. If they break any laws, they will be removed from office and tried for crimes against the state.
Definition: A citizen is a nation that has had their citizenship application accepted by the leadership of The Black Fleet. Citizens will have some freedoms as listed here:
- Right to due process
- Freedom of speech and press (except for intelligence sharing: See Article II)
- Right to vote (must be in region for 3 days)
Section I: Status of Aliens or Non-citizens
- If you come here to become a permanent resident, you must be VETTED by a member of the High Command.
- If you are here for amnesty, state your reasons why by sending a telegram to the High Command or post on the Regional Message Board
Nations who do not fill out a citizenship application do not receive citizen benefits. If a non-citizen breaks the law, they can be ejected without due process.
Section II: Status of Military Personnel
- Military personnel must be citizens of The Black Fleet
- Military personnel are required to have security clearance from a member of the High Command before they are admitted
- If any military personnel (including High Command) breaks the law, they will be dismissed from their rank and will be tried as a civilian
Section III: Status of High Command
- To be a member of the high command, you must be appointed by the founder or Konsair
- Members of the high command must have extensive experience within The Black Fleet
- Powers of the High Command are limited to what is stated in Article VI, Section I. They will be tried according to the same section.
