Tal´Talen is the brutal enforcer of the rule of The Paramount´s Mechanator legions. She is well known for her aggressive stance towards rebellion, but also the surprising elegance that comes with it.

Tal´Talen was born to a single mother who soon left young Talen to an orphanage leaving the young girl alone and put through the Oligarchic public system. Like many young Octavian girls, she was very into the lifestyles of the upper classes like many and would buy their magazines and dolls, but however, caretakers noticed the violent tendencies that she showed when playing with the dolls often putting them into macabre situations and disturbing scenarios. Most caretakers ignored this and by extension her leaving the girl to her own devices in the sparsely populated orphanages. She grew in the foster care system keeping mostly to herself and doing what she was told to. She left when she was 18 and went from job to job getting fired for ¨behavioral issues¨. At the age of 32, the civil war happened and being without a job in the capital joined with The Paramount´s army and was assigned as what was an early Mechanator at the time, keeping order in the old capital of the Oligarchy where she proved that she would be a vital part of this force due to her unorthodox (and oftentimes quite brutal) methods of suppressing rebellion such as the Banking HQ incident where a group of Oligarchy-aligned bankers was discovered funding the Oligarchy and in retaliation, she decided that the best and most logical course of action would be to burn them alive and broadcast the noise citywide. While disgusting some of her compatriots and undoubtedly scarring quite a number of Octavian children it was quite effective in ensuring that such an event never happened again. When the war ended she had caught the attention of The Paramount to lead their Mechanators, but when meeting face to face to see how fit she would be they immediately noticed that she would not be the best at following orders or maintaining discipline as she walked in, sat down, and called The Paramount, Parry, (an act that was illegalized immediately after). Though she was out of the running for the Head of the Mechanators her effectiveness guaranteed her a spot in high command. She was made the ¨Arms of the Mechanators¨ in charge of the main rebellion quashing forces of the Mechanator´s as well as the military aspects of the Mechanators and then assimilated with her sending a very specific request that part of her face was imparted onto her shell through whatever means necessary. However, an issue in the assimilation processes caused her to have the urge to bite at things. As this was noticed she was given a mouth to provide an outlet for her biting fits. Since then she has been known for the Glaucu Massacre where an organic empire that had expanded throughout their solar system was holding out on their home planet of Glaucu and proved quite resistant to orbital bombardment. In response, Tal'Talen bombarded the world with nerve gas and nuclear bombs for the better part of a year leaving the planet a mess of molten rock, radiation, and noxious gas. Not a single organism on the planet survived the assault. After this incident, The Paramount kept her on a much tighter leash but still allowed her to partake in her more chaotic and violent methods of stopping a rebellion.

Political Views
Tal'Talen is surprisingly apolitical considering her high position in government, but with what political opinions she has shown it seems that she mainly agrees with The Paramount though whether this is genuine or just out of obligation to her position is unknown.
Religious Views
Tal'Talen officially believes in The Church of the Grey Entity, but in secret, she is agnostic a fact which she hides as to avoid The Paramount's wrath
Power & Abilities
Tal'Talen's current shell is focused on speed and split-second reactions. Equipped with an arm-mounted shocker (which can deactivate the Shells of the assimilated populous so you can imagine what it does to an organic). Her form was made to survive large amounts of trauma such as an atmospheric ship crash and penetration by laser or canon weaponry. She has multiple forms of combat and martial arts from across the Imperium uploaded into her consciousness making her an expert fighter.
Hobbies
Tal'Talen enjoys mingling with the upper classes of Octavia and it is one of the main things she is known to do. This connection with the higher echelons of society has made her something of a celebrity and allowed her to make very effective propaganda

Tal'Talen's forms of interrogation can be described as odd as one escaped organic rebel said she involved him in what he described as "A torture tea party thing". Such claims were dismissed as the rambling of an organic
Tal'Talen has a large collection of movies and when off work is said to spend most of her time watching them
