A request is sent to Evrigenis to see if they would like to assist in the creation of a new test facility. They are also asked about the state of their robotics, and automation in general, and how versatile it is. Also if it can be built to withstand large storms like can be found near the coast.

As it has been well established, climate change threatens our assets. Kryan test facilities #[REDACTED] will be underwater if carbon emissions continue at this rate. Since the average elevation on Zephyr is a mere 15 meters much of the western isle would be flooded. [REDACTED]. As Evrigenis currently has a budgetary surplus, we believe it is capable of sustaining [REDACTED] for the next few years.

We propose an increase in weather-resistant research and direct investment in carbon-neutral electricity production. The companies [REDACTED] are of special interest. Autonomous electric vehicles, wind farms, energy-efficient cloth, robotic manufacture, [REDACTED].

The program was approved over a decade ago. Over time, it is has grown and diversified into many projects, some of which remain classified. Evrigenis would need more information before committing to contribute to building the test facility. Where does you plan to build it? How is ownership allotted? What would be the primary product to test?

This information is much appreciated. The main way the project will be organized is as follows:
The nation of Golbad will be creating a large, highly modernized shipbuilding yard, that should allow for a massive drop in production prices.
The nations that assist in its creation will for the first 20 years of production, receive 25% of profits, and will have a 30-50% discount on all future ships produced by the shipyard depending on tonnage.
We hope this answers your questions. For now, it is only a source of funding, and the material resources that are needed. Requests for these have already been sent out however, and depending on those responses the project will either go ahead or be held back.

Golbadian ministry of foreign affairs.
