A General Broadcast Message to All Friends

Since the loss of an equally important system the old race, the Lucians as nearly everyone in the simulation knows for a long while, a large chunk of time in the space-time continuum was lost when man tried to search for another potential homeworld in the uncharted frontier. Needless to say, that loss was too great to ignore. However, somewhere along the journey, some returning heroes have made a comeback revealing that they are alive and well, but previous leaders did not. They are now five that makes up the new united race, the Lusurian Parliament, not to be established as a monarchy unlike the old system of three cooperative leaders, but under an extreme form of premiership.

The new leaders are in the order of creation, Sakuri Konohana, Tatiana Vitelli, Theresia von Lenora, Xun Lan and Takazora Ragashi. Sakuri is the eldest and last surviving niece of the extended Konohana family until its apparent disappearance, taking part in restoring spirituality, in charge of the new solar system's administrative duties and making it as scientifically advanced as possible like before. Tatiana is the youngest surviving sibling of Lena at only age 16, old enough to rule another portion of Parliament regarding public order and civil relations. Theresia von Lenora with some German background on her is fiercely loyal, striving for patriotic values but also committed to the premiership initiative. Xun Lan, a former rebel candidate from the Academy had fled from the Chinese regime before she was even marked for execution and now takes part in international relations and education faculties, something that the Academy only cherished with the latter. Lastly, the newcomer Takazora, having heard of Tsumawa's passing from old age, is into economical and industry matters.

Here are the new Pentarant leaders that make up the Lucian Pentapartite, changes won't be made to them until each year, replacing one leader each in order of years. On every 2 and 7 on the last digit, the Lucian Pentarant is the most important change that defines who is in charge of the whole Pentapartite in terms of administering, cultural, spiritual, and technology advancements. On every 3 and 8 after that, the Italian Pentarant, a change in who governs welfare, public transportation, and healthcare. On every 4 and 9 is about the Tiyanan Pentarant in dealing with the military and law enforcement, at the midpoint and turn of each decade is a change of who governs education and international dealings, that's when the Academy Pentarant excels in. Lastly, on every 1 and 6 deals with a change in who runs with economy, the industry, and labor laws, where the Torian Pentarant is really good at. None of the five leaders can do the other leader's jobs that are not good in, so they are split into five localized bureaus.

Our ringed planet is the only planet in its system complete with a moon and lots of minerals floating around waiting to be harvested with the right technology. It is sitting at a comfortable 700 light years from Earth. On the outside it looks comparable to a tropical ringed planet, but on the inside the vegetation is bluish-green and teeming with life, the weather patterns is much calmer and volcanic/tectonic activity is also stable. The only downside though is that wildlife is much more precarious to hunt or to avoid than it used to because of the increased temperature from the white star during the daytime hours.
