The Paragon is the heir of the The Paramount made after the minds of children found to hold the genetics of the leaders which make up The Paramount were put into the same procedure as he was.

The Paragon was a plan created by The Paramount as he planned to eventually abdicate for reasons he refused to disclose. As such Grand Mechanator H'Krell began to direct the mechanator legions to find the heirs of the individual leaders inside the Paramount and once found had their children taken for this Paragon project. In a procedure similar to the one The Paramount was subjected to, the children had their minds melded together and inserted into another top of the line shell. As he was put into the body far earlier than The Paramount the minds melded together far easier allowing them to completely form a new personality seperate from his former lives.
Ideology
Political Views
The Paragon holds many of the same opinions as his "father" at this point. Assimilation, authoritarianism and the like. The main difference is The Paragon's more liberal views on religion instead of using it as propaganda as his father.
Religious Views
The Paragon holds the official state religion as all are legally required to do, but he is a willing to accept other religions unlike The Paramount.
Hobbies
Like most Octavians The Paragon enjoys using the Aether for many ER (Extended Reality) experiences. Curiously he also enjoys hunting and as such The Paramount keeps organics for The Paragon where they are kept on an orbital habitat for his use.
Trivia
The Paragon has a mouth which is odd for Octavians
